About The Author

Miles Young is non-executive chairman of Ogilvy & Mather. Young was the Chairman and CEO of the international advertising, marketing and public relations agency. He started his career at Lintas and Allen Brady & Marsh, before joining Ogilvy in 1982 and becoming CEO in 2008. In October 2016 he stepped down from this position and was installed as the Warden at New College, Oxford.
